Diamond Lite products deliver what their name promises. They all have an ultra-hard layer with embedded diamond crystals, making them extremely durable, insensitive to scratches and particularly suitable for healthy cooking – because with a surface to which nothing sticks, the fat usually stays in the cupboard.

When hungry, every second counts

Sometimes things just have to happen fast. That's why the Diamond Lite pan has a hand-cast aluminium body with a full-surface induction base – for particularly high thermal conductivity. Get the plates out straight away!

Fittings that just fits.

Diamond Lite – a whole world of multifunctional products – all developed to fit perfectly with each other and make cooking easier. A removable handle has many advantages. For example, when your kitchen turns into a playroom and little people move around the hob area, or where space is limited, like in the oven, the sink, in the dishwasher or in the cupboard. A pan without a handle is a safety and space-saving element. Of course, if you prefer, you could choose a fixed handle instead, either made of stainless steel or phenolic.

No fake: bakes your cake.

Yes, you read it correctly, you can bake using our frying and sauté pans. With its non-stick coating and removable handles, our Diamond Lite pan is much more than just a pan - it's also a perfect cake pan, or a great roaster. Just let your imagination loose, whatever the job, your pan always feels at home in the oven.

A helping handle in the kitchen.

Even a relatively light pan can become heavy with many ingredients. That's why we have designed the Diamond Lite pans with higher rims, square pans and steak pans with a moulded handle on the side, so that you can lift them with both hands. If you make lasagna for example, you might appreciate the support the extra side handle gives. We have of course developed a silicone cover, that fits the handle like a glove, to protect your hands for when you have used the pan in the oven. So, now you can wave goodbye to your oven glove!

Our lids stand for themselves.

The Diamond Lite series makes cooking easier – and with the optional safety glass Smart Lid you can keep an eye on your dish even when the lid is closed. You can also prop the lid on the rim of the cookware, avoiding condensation running onto your worktop – but rather back into the pot – after all, that's where it came from!

HANDLE OR NO HANDLE

Admittedly, a pan without a handle is very handy. It easily fits in the oven, the sink, the dishwasher and in the kitchen cupboard. However, even our solid handles are excellent – they come in stainless steel or phenolic and they do not only look great they are also ovenproof up to 250 degrees.

HAND-MADE, HAND DRAWN

Every single Diamond Lite product that leaves our factory in Saarbrücken has been cast by hand, using high quality, refined aluminium alloy, guaranteed to be free from air pockets and a reinforced rim for high impact resistance and effortless pouring. Such level of quality can only be achieved by hand – and is, once again, typical for us.

GETS HOT, STAYS HOT

The heat in a Diamond Lite pan is distributed particularly quickly and evenly through the walls and the thick base. If you put the pan on the table – you will be pleased that the second portion is still as hot as if it had come straight from the from the cooker. Love really does go through the stomach.

NOW EVEN WASHING UP IS FUN

Thanks to the diamond coating, the pan is cleaned by hand in a jiffy, or you can put it in the dishwasher if you like, preferably without the handle. Squeaky clean, without elbow grease.
